Delivery, Collections & Returns


Provided the item you order is in stock we aim to dispatch it to you within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail postage. If there is an issue with your item, for example it is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.

Please note the post office only holds parcels for a limited number of day, if items cannot be delivered for any reason. Betsy & Blue Boutique will not be held responsible for parcels that are not collected in time. Should the parcel need to be sent again, the re-delivery postage charge will fall upon the customer. 


If you would like to collect an item from us, (no shipping costs) then please email us once you have placed your order, and we can arrange a suitable time. 


You have 14 days to notify us if you want to cancel your order or exchange an item. 

We are happy to provide full refunds for purchases returned within 28 days in perfect condition.  We will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. 

Please note refunds may take up to 6 days to process. 

The cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, not Betsy & Blue Boutique

In the unlikely event you receive goods that do not match your order, or they are faulty – please contact us immediately (this must be within 4 days of receiving the goods) In this case, Betsy & Blue will responsible for paying the shipment costs. 

You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.

We are happy to offer an exchange for alternative size if there is one. Please email us for further information.
